Before working with Natalie, I was worried that a health coach would be all about fitness and dietary restrictions. But that was not the case. Our monthly meetings were such a confidence booster! Knowing that someone was taking the time to concentrate on just me to help me improve my life was very motivating.
I have benefited in so many ways from working with Natalie. I have a lot more energy, my eating habits have improved, my stress levels are reduced and I truly believe that everything helped me achieve my ultimate goal of getting pregnant (after 6 years of trying!).

I have to tell you, I’ve been obsessed with green smoothies for years – I’m always coming up with new combinations that I’m so excited about.
I was intrigued by today’s recipe – I’ve never put carrots in anything but a savory green smoothie, however I know carrot juice is good with other fruit so I thought I’d give it a try.
