Buddy Sessions are available for couples and friends that would like to train together. These sessions are a great way to combine the motivational atmosphere of team training while still receiving personal attention. Did you know that you are less likely to flake out and cancel a session when your buddy and trainer are waiting for you?
I avoid most “machines” that compensate for weaknesses in stabilizer muscles. We will train using body weight, kettlebells, free weights, a TRX and a few other toys that will “shock” your body into optimal health.
I focus on athletic performance. I provide training to people of ALL ages and fitness levels. I am very inclusive, supportive, motivational, and your success is my main focus.

You will not receive a cookie-cutter training plan. After purchasing a training package, we will discuss your current training and nutritional habits, and general lifestyle. Once I receive your payment, your signed PAR-Q form, and program agreement, I will build your personal training program, and meet you for your sessions either in my private home gym or a public Winnipeg park of your choice.
You will be asked to provide feedback on your training and nutrition, and your personalized training program will be tweaked and adjusted to fit your changing needs. I will keep you motivated and challenged with fun and unusual exercises.

Got questions? Here are my FAQ’s:
What should I bring? Bring water, a positive attitude, and the willingness to work hard. You may also want a towel, tennis-style wrist bands and weight lifting gloves. None of these are mandatory but may make your session more enjoyable. If you have your own favourite kettlebells, you could bring those along too. Please note that you cannot store your personal items in my gym.
What should I wear? Wear comfortable clothes that are made for movement and sweat. You may be most comfortable in shorts and a tank top, but wear whatever works best for you. For shoes, flat shoes, Vibram Five Fingers, or barefoot is just fine. Avoid shoes with a high heel, like today’s modern running shoes.
Do you offer single sessions instead of a package of sessions? No. When you decide to purchase a package of sessions, I spend time to research, design and assemble a personalized exercise program that fits your needs. Once an exercise program is designed, multiple sessions are required to teach and practice proper technique for the exercises. A single session is simply not enough time for you to learn the technique for all the exercises in a new program. Secondly, by purchasing a package of sessions and making a financial commitment, it gives you extra motivation to follow the program.
